Good and Bad Things about Halloween

A good thing about Halloween is that you get to wear a costume. The bad thing is that people will get sick from too much candy. I will probably not go trick- or- treating. If I do go trick-or -treating i will donate most of my candy to charity. A little bit of candy is fine ,I think.  I will probably serve out candy. Halloween parties are a good way to use Halloween.

Fantasy Football

I do NFL RUSH. That is a kid fantasy league. I love playing opponents. Their are 12 teams in the league. I have

My record is 4-3 . My name is DJ. I am 10 years old. My opponent Todd had a monster receving core. He has Jordy Nelson, T.Y Hilton, Dwayne Bowe, Sammy Watkins, and Jason Witten. His Quarterback is Ben Roethlisberger

My Team is called Hawk Nightmare. Hawk Nightmare is in 5th place. Todd's team is called the Dark Trout.


Football is a fun sport to play. You will get a $ 20 bill if you win. I think I have a 10% of winning the money. The best team right now  is the Crazy Crayons at 7-0. I will probably play for the next 4 years or so. I will start Matt Stattford vs Atlanta on Sunday.  This is a must win.

I want my team to have big numbers because I could be a champion.  The Crazy Crayons are probably going to win at 8-1. I can probably win with 3 players left to play I could probably go up to 7-3. I am down by 16.4 points 

My Dream Come True

I would love to be in Regular Show world so I can run around and live in an apartment. I would get to ride around in Pops' flying car. I would get to hang out with Mordecai and Rigby. Mordecai and Rigby are 23, CJ and Eileen are 22, Benson is 33,  Mitch is 28, Hi -5 Ghost is 24, Skips is 88, Pops is 110, and Thomas is 19. Mordecai and Rigby go for breakfast at the Coffee Shop where Mordecai's old girlfriend Margaret worked. But Rigby's girlfriend Eileen still works there. I would have dinner with Mordecai, Rigby, CJ, and Eileen. Rigby likes meatball subs. Pops would go to his parents house for dinner. Most characters live in apartments. It would be awesome only having to be with some humans.

Fast 

Burger King

Burger King is a delicious, calorie filled restaurant with the all new Chicken Fries. You can also get a salad. They serve a Big King, and a Chicken Big King at Breakfast now. For vegetarians you might want extra French Fries or Onion Rings.

Wendy's

Wendy's has a 2 Pretzel Bun Burgers now. The Chicken one, and the Cheeseburger. They have a delicious Strawberry Field Salad. The only bad thing is they only have French Fries instead of Onion Rings.

Popeye's

Popeye's is a good restaurant with delicious fried shrimp and chicken. There fish is a little bit too raw. There is a delicious one in Berkeley, CA and Fairfield, CA. But the bad news is it is all fried stuff and the one in San Pablo, CA is very messy.

Sonic

Sonic is a delicious restaurant. They serve your food to your car on rollerskates They have huge Burgers with 25 shakes, 1,000 drinks, and very crispy onion rings. They have salads, and Hot Dogs. WARNING! Do not overorder.

Chains

BJ's Brewhouse

BJ's is a huge restaurant that you will see once in a while. They have a Gluten Free Pizza, a Kids Menu, and even an Older Kids Menu. It has a Pizza with gluten with the same toppings. It has every food you can think of.

Fuddruckers

Fuddruckers has a delicious burger with cheddar cheese and jalapeno cheese for your fries. They have an Original Chicken Sandwich more like a burger. They have a 1 pound burger. And they have a soda machine.

Rubio's
Rubio's is a fresh mexican restaurant with delicious rice. They have a burrito with beans,cheese, rice, and chicken, shrimp, or steak. Every mexican food you can think of.

Fresh Choice
Fresh Choice has delicious pizza's, soup's, and salad's. Their pasta is not that good but you can have a float with chocolate ice cream.

Olive Garden
Olive Garden has delicious breadsticks, pesto pasta, and pepperoni pizza. It has wheelchairs as chairs. Once when I was in Olive Garden I thought I was in Italy.

FreeBirds
FreeBirds has a burrito that you can probably have 1,000,000 of. It has the most flavorful cheese and meat. Crispy tortilla, flavorful food.

Home Town Buffet
Home Town Buffet has delicious fried chicken,bacon,vegetables, and milk. They have icees, donuts, muffins, ice cream, brownies,jello, and cupcakes.

Individuals

Grazzy Burgers
Grazzy Burgers has burgers has burgers shallowly fried. Their fries are not too salted, especially their sweet potato fries. It is good for a family.

Bobby G's
Bobby G's has delicious pizza with every topping you can think of. They also have a salad to. Their pizza unfortunately is not gluten free.

Frontier House

I watched a show called Frontier House. Three families traveled back from 2001 into 1883 in rural Montana. 

The Families

The first family were the Clunes. They had three kids and a niece: The dad is Gordon and mom is Adrienne. The children were Anje, Justin, and Connor. The niece is Tracy Clune. They are all from Los Angeles.

The second family are the Glenns: Stepdad Mark, mom Karen, daugher Erinn and son Logan. They are from Tennesee.

The third family were the Brooks'. Rudy is the father of Nate. Nate is in his 20's. They start out together and then Nate's fiancee Kristen comes. The Brooks' are from Boston.

The Houses
At first, the Clunes move into a one-room log house with limited food.

Then the Glenns sleep in a tent.

The Brooks' have to build a house, and while they wait they sleep in a tent.

Food

All three families will get a dog, two horses and a cow. Unfortunately, they will have to kill chickens for food.

For more food they will go fishing in the creek.

Logan Patton gets very sad about killing animals.
His mom explains animals are for food. If you are a vegetarian, or especially vegan do not go on Frontier House.

Gordon think he is losing too much weight. The medical people said it was from dehydration (not enough water), and he wasn't that skinny. 

The boys are getting skinny, but the girls are fine.

Tracey and Anje get Handcrafted Coke and Dr. Peppper.

A storekeeper has food. Connor gets hungry and bellyaches about not having enough food. Unfortunately his family spends twice their money on food. They give up their animals for food.

Entertainment on the Frontier

Logan and Connor really miss their video games.

Anje and Tracey Clune started building a fort to stay in for a couple nights. A bear started playing in the area so they went back to the house.

The Wedding

The wedding for Nate and Kristen is days away. Kristen is at a hotel in Montana. The wedding will be on Fourth of July. Nate's older brother Alan stopped by to finish the house with Nate and Rudy.

Adrienne and Karen make cakes. Adrienne made a Carrot round cake, and Karen made a Chocolate Cake. The Chocolate Cake had Chocolate Sauce and it looked like Steak with BBQ Sauce.  

The wedding starts. The house is finished, and Nate got to use a bathtub as his present. 


School
A teacher named Judy Harding teaches them. There is such different ages. But fortunately Erin and Justin are both 12 and Logan and Connor are both 8. Cousins Tracey and Anje are 13 and 15  
( Tracey is 15, Anje is 13). The age groups I told you would play Flashcards, do schoolwork, or Music.


The Personalities


Mice start coming in peoples houses. Nate and Kristen complained in a funny way. Karen and Mark argue a lot.

My favorite people were Connor and Logan because they like video games. On the frontier Logan loves animals but Connor doesn't like animals as much. 

I did not like Karen and Mark because they argued a lot, about everything. 

I think going on the frontier would be cool because I would get to eat healthy. On the frontier they did not have candy, ice cream and soda.

What I like about myself the most.

The thing I like about myself the most is that I am 10 and already 5'2". I like being 5'2" so I can have a big reach. I am also 110 lb. Being 5'2" comes in handy in basketball. I think it comes in handy so I can shoot over my opponents.

My height is an advantage in American Ninja Warrior with obstacles such as the Warped Wall, and especially the Jumping Spider. (When I grow taller).

What I want to have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I would have a bacon, roast beef, ham, turkey, trout, shrimp, and chicken casserole for breakfast with every fruit juice combined.

For lunch I would have a Bacon CheeseBurger with every vegetable except for broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and celery.


For Dinner I would have a 1 yard Philly Cheesesteak with every soda combined.

I would get a big workout. The workout would be 5 hours of a basketball game, 4 hours of football, and 30 minutes of hockey. That would make me feel better.

End of American Ninja Warrior, Season 6

On September 8, the final episode of American Ninja Warrior was shown on NBC. I am a big fan of the show. Here is where we'll talk about what happened.

There were 18 finishers in Stage 1.  For more on what there about to face lets go down to the 3rd Member of our team Jenn Brown. First up is the Rope Jungle Followed by the Double Salmon Ladder. Then its the Unstable Bridge. Next is the second new obstacle the Butterfly Wall and the Metal Spin. And finally, athletes have to face the Wall Lift, do that in under 2 minutes and 5 seconds and you will move on to Stage 3.

J.J Woods ( 27, Miami, Florida) goes out on the very first rung of the Double Salmon Ladder.

Brian Arnold (36, Brighton, Colorado) the man who's made it further than anyone else, goes out on the Unstable Bridge.

Yen Chen ( 29, Encino, California) goes out on the leap of the Butterfly Wall.

Dr. Noah Kaufman (39 Fort Collins, Colorado), who trains with Brian Arnold, goes out on the Unstable Bridge also.

Dan Galiczynski's (25, Ivyland, Pennsylvania) forearms give out at the end of the first Unstable Bridge.

Ryan Stratis (31, Kennesaw, Georgia) is the first to reach the Metal Spin but fails.

Andrew Lowes ( 32, Antioch , Illinois) also reaches the Metal Spin by being the first to get his feet on the landing platform.

Isaac Caldiero ( 33, Boulder, Colorado) is part of the 4 members of the Colorado Wolf Pack, alongside Brian Arnold, Noah Kaufman, and Ian Dory who will be running later. But he shockingly misses the 3rd rung.

Jo Jo Bynum ( 36, Huntsville, Alabama) is dealing with Food Poisoning, and down he goes on the Double Salmon Ladder transition to the Unstable Bridge. He can't swim. But fortunately he's OK.

Abel Gonzalez ( 30, Edinburg, Texas) a rookie fails on the Double Salmon Ladder transition.

If a rookie can't do it how about a veteran, the 40 year-old Travis Rosen ( Franklin, Tennessee)  can't complete the Metal Spin. But with only 7 runners left, we could be out of luck.

Up next is Chris Wilczewsk ( 25, Mt. Laurel, New Jersey) competing with a fractured finger. Gets his knees on the Metal Spin but he doesn't have the core strength to hold on.

Joshua Cook ( 27, Potsville, Arkansas) even with his 6'0" frame can't do the Butterfly Wall. 

This is it the last chance for the Denver Wolf Pack, its Ian Dory (24, Fort Collins, Colorado) and down he goes on the Metal Spin.

Up next is Joe Moravsky ( 25, Sherman, Conneticut ). And guess what he does? Complete the course with 1.29 seconds left.

Paul Kasemir ( 28, Longmont, Colorado) after failing on Stage 2 the last 2 years is no different failing on the Unstable Bridge.

Lorin Ball ( 28, Golden, Colorado) a break dancer spent over a minute on Rope Jungle fatigued out on the Double Salmon Ladder.

But with 1 runner left Joe Moravsky could have company. It is Elet Hall ( 23, Cavetown, Maryland) the fastest from Stage 1. And he does it again, with 13.34 seconds left.


First up is Cannonball Incline and the Doorknob Grasper, followed by the Floating Boards and the Ultimate Cliffhanger then the Propellor Bar and the Hang Climb, followed by the Spider Flip and the Flying Bar.


First up is Elet Hall. But down he goes on the Floating Boards.

One last chance for $500,000 and it is Joe Moravsky. But he fails on the Hang Climb. 

The producers want to make it hard so they don't have to give out $500,000. I think that is honorable. I think it was a little frustrating because no one wins.

Ray Rice Incident

NFL Running Back Ray Rice got  caught in a video with him punching his wife. He was fired by the Ravens and suspended from the NFL indefinitely. I think it is really bad because you do not hit people. Domestic Violence is when you hurt someone in your house like a Fiancee, Wife/Husband, or Boyfriend/Girlfriend. The video was shown by TMZ. I think the NFL did the right thing.

Plimouth Plantation

Who were the Wampanoags? 

At the Plimoth Plantation, the day was warm. It was 9:00 a.m. There was a movie and it showed cold days of the Wampanoag tribe. The Wampanoags stay warm by using deer skin and bear skin. 

The Wampanoags were a tribe that had a winter house and a summer house. They also had fire in both the houses and a corn grinding station in the summer house. The winter house was made out of bark and the summer house was made out of reeds from the river.

And one thing they had was a game with a stick, a rope, and circles or bones. The games were for the kids. They lived in the New England Area.It is also on the coast. They burned the inside of the logs for their canoes.

After we saw the Wampanoag village, we went to the Pilgrim village.

A big difference between the Wampanoags and Pilgrims was that the Wampanoags had no fences and the Pilgrims did.

The Pilgrims had equipment like a bed, desk, dresser, and table from England.

This is a picture of me in armor. I think it comes from England. I think it was made out of metal. I think they had the armor to fight against the Wampanoags.

My Trip to the Basketball Hall of Fame

The Basketball Hall of Fame is in Springfield, Massachusetts. I went with my family. I dreamed of that for weeks. I was in Massachusetts  to visit relatives. I wanted to go to the Hall of Fame to learn more about basketball. I like basketball a lot. I went in late August. People were enshrined in the Hall of Fame by doing great things in Basketball.They are coaches,players,men and women. Many players move from college to the NBA or WNBA but coaches usually spend their whole careers coaching one or the other.

That was me when I won the Basketball Hall of Fame Free Throw Contest. It was where if you made a shot you're in. If you miss a shot you're out. At the end with 2 people left it's best out of 3. I felt excited and shy about winning.

That was me shooting a basketball game in a clock challenge. You had 40 seconds to shoot as many balls as you can.


It felt special to go to the Hall of Fame. It was also basketball-shaped.
